CONSTITUTION:An insulative film 1 having flexibility is at its one main surface provided with No.1 metal film 2 having anti-corrosiveness and anti-acidity, No.2 metal film 3 having good electroconductivity, No.3 metal film 4 having anti-corrosiveness and anti-acidity, No.4 isotropic electroconductive film 5 consisting of carbon powder and synthetic resin, and No.5 anisotropic electroconductive film 8a with less carbon powder content than the No.4 electroconductive film 5 and with greater particle size. Accordingly this film connector can be roughly grouped into two-i.e., a film with pattern and anisotropic electroconductive adhesive. This enables sure electric connection even between high density terminal leads to lead to enhancement of the reliability.
