定刃の両端は該カツタ装置のフレーム側壁に取着
され、また上記可動刃はその両端に設けられた回
転軸で該フレーム側壁に旋回自在に軸支されてお
り、上記回転軸の一方側に付勢部材を設け上記可
動刃を切断方向に付勢するようにしたことを特徴
