Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit a base table or the layer of fusion welding to be processed before and after fusion welding, by a method wherein the title device is provided with a fusion welding device, equipped with either one or both of a pulse electrical discharge device, driving all of a base material, the base table and the like through NC control, and a laser device, and either one or both of a grinding device and an electrical discharging device for processing the layer of fusion welding. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 is attached detachably to a spindle 2 to connect it so as to be rotated. Laser beams, oscillated by the laser oscillator 14 of a laser device 13, projected against a base table 20. A grinding device 21 rotates a grindstone 23 while controlling the rotating number of the grindstone 23 by a servomotor 24. The wire electrode 32 of a wire-cut electrical discharging processing unit 31 can be slanted at an arbitrary angle including horizontal position. A NC (numerical control) device 57 controls the driving of servomotors 12, 16, 18, 24, 26, 29, 44, 47, 50, 53, 55, controls the laser oscillator 14 and an exciting power source 58 and controls a processing power source 59 which impresses an electrical discharging voltage between electroconductive base material 1 and the base table 20.
