Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a crack, by a method wherein, when a pattern is designed on the surface of a side wall part, a plane part and a coarse surface part, respectively having central line average coarseness, are formed, expression is made by means of a difference between two types of surface coarseness, and no difference in stage is produced between the two parts. CONSTITUTION:When a design 1 is formed on a wide wall part, a smooth part S and a coarse part R are formed such that no difference in stage is produced, and expression is made by means of a difference between two type of surface coarseness. In this case, central line average coarseness of the smooth part S is set to 1.6a (at least 0mumRa and up to 1.6mumRa according to JIS stipulation. Coarseness of the coarse surface part R is set to 3.2a-25a (at least 3.2mumRa and up to 25mumRa according to JIS stipulation). This constitution enables prevention of the occurrence of a crack of a design part and improvement of durability.
