Abstract

On the airflow capacity, a signal from one of an airflow adjusting unit 15 and an airflow setting unit 17, and a signal from an airflow detector 20 are supplied to an airflow comparing circuit 21, the output from the airflow comparing circuit 21 is supplied to an airflow controlling circuit 22, and a motor 7 is controlled by the airflow controlling circuit 22.
