Abstract

PURPOSE:To make good electrical connection with an electric wire by placing an easily plastic deformable metal layer on a pressedly fixed part of a connection terminal and supporting the electric wire from outside by the pressedly connected part via the metal layer. CONSTITUTION:Male connection terminals 1 and 2 are insertedly connected by inserting an insertion connection part 21 into an insertion connection part 11. Pressed fixing is made by curvedly deforming a pressedly fixed part 12 of a terminal 1 so that the circumference of an electric wire 3 is held half and half from both sides, and similarly by curvedly deforming a pressedly fixed part 22 of a terminal 2 so that the circumference of an electric wire 4 in the other side is held half and half from both sides. And solder layers 13 and 23 are provided respectively in inner sides of parts 12 and 22 as a conductive metal layer. Solder layers 13 and 23 are filled between wires 3, 4 and parts 12, 22 in the state with wires 3 and 4 pressedly fixed in layers 13 and 23. The solder is flexible and easily plastically deformed following deformation of parts 12 and 22. This causes the contact area to be widened and a good electrical contact same as the both are soldered to be obtained.
