創案されたものである。 The conventional installation structure of a wall tile panel structure that can be installed independently will be explained in accordance with the installation order as follows. That is, as shown in Fig. 1A, first, a runner is placed on the foundation B, which is provided with a step, next to the wall of the floor A, on which the floor mortar A1 is undercoated and the floor tiles A2 are pasted. Part C
is fixed. This runner member C is made of channel steel or the like with an F-shaped cross section, and is fixed with the groove C 1 facing upward and the side surface of the front flange C 2 attached to the base B.
The portion of the extension web C3 extending to the rear surface is tightened with an anchor bolt D implanted in the foundation B so as to be aligned with the step surface B1 of the base. The wall tile panel construction E is then installed in the upward groove C1 of the runner member C, as shown in FIG. 1B. This wall tile panel structure E
is a combination of frame E 1 and tile panel E 2 . Frame E 1 is made of lightweight steel, wood, etc. with a rectangular cross section, and is made of tile panels.
E 2 is asbestos cement board, metal board, synthetic resin board, etc.
Wall tiles E 4 are aligned and attached to a substrate E 3 made of a suitable material. To integrate frame E 1 and wall tile panel E 2 , attach tile panel E 2 to cover almost the entire surface of frame E 1 , leaving the upper and lower edges, and then attach it to the key points. This is done by driving in screws F, etc. The wall tile panel structure E thus formed has a lower edge portion where the tile panel E 2 is not attached to the upward groove of the runner member C.
It can be built by fitting it into C 1 . The runner member C and the lower edge of the frame E1 fitted into the upward groove C1 are fixed with screws G or the like. Next, a decorative board H is attached as shown in Fig. 1C to the lower edge of the tiled surface of the installed wall tile panel structure E and the floor mortar A1 facing below. Finishing is done. The decorative board H may be made of stainless steel with a polished surface, a metal band plate whose surface is coated with a color that blends well with the installation environment, or a similarly colored wood or synthetic resin board.
This decorative board H is fixed at key points to the front flange C2 of the runner member C by screws (not shown) or the like. The purpose of finishing the installation part below the lower edge of tile E 4 of wall tile panel structure E with decorative board H is to shield the installation parts that are unsightly in appearance, and to prevent contamination of that part and maintain a clean appearance at all times. This is to preserve it. However, due to its nature, the mortar A 1 coating on the surface of foundation B and floor surface A is not always finished in an accurate horizontal surface. Therefore, in the above-mentioned conventional installation structure of the wall tile panel structure E, irregular gaps cannot be avoided at various locations in the longitudinal direction of the decorative board H.
Due to such circumstances, if there is a gap in the area where the decorative board H is attached, dust will accumulate in that area, making it not only impossible to maintain a clean appearance, but also making it unsightly, and requiring extra effort to clean. It was. The present invention was created with the aim of eliminating the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.

構成体を建て付ける以前に行なうことである。 FIGS. 2A to 2E show the construction order in the installation structure of the wall tile panel structure according to the present invention. In the implementation of the present invention, the major differences from the conventional method are the constituent materials used and the order of construction. Regarding the constituent materials, instead of the conventional decorative board, a decorative member with an L-shaped cross section and a stay flange at the bottom is used, and instead of the conventional wall tile panel structure, a wall tile with a swallowing groove at the lower edge is used. The method is to use a panel structure. Regarding the order of construction, the mortar undercoating of the floor surface and the tiling work of the floor surface, which were traditionally done first, should be done last, and the installation of the decorative board, which was conventionally done last, should be done before the wall tile panel construction. This must be done before the construction of the building.

パネル構成体8が建て付けられる。 First, as shown in FIG. 2A, a long runner member 3 having an F-shaped cross section is fixed on a wall foundation surface 2 which is provided with a step higher than the floor foundation surface 1 by half a step. When fixing the runner member 3, the runner groove 3a formed between the front flange 3b and the rear flange 3c is directed upward, and the front flange 3b is aligned to match the stepped surface 2a of the wall foundation 2.
Several parts of the extension web 3d are installed in advance on the wall foundation 2.
It is fixed with an anchor bolt 4 planted in the. Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, a long decorative member 5 is attached to the stepped surface 2a and the front flange 3b.
The decorative member 5 has a web 5a as shown in FIG.
Stay flange 5 bent at right angles to the lower edge of
It has b. When installing the decorative member 5, place the stay flange 5b approximately 50 mm from the floor foundation surface 1.
The front flange 3b of the runner member 3 and the web 5a of the decorative member 5 are temporarily tightened with a clamp (not shown). It is preferable to wear it. The decorative member is a hooked decorative member 5' having a hook portion 5c on its upper edge as shown in FIG. By doing so, installation can be easily carried out without requiring a ramp. Next, as shown in FIG. 2C, mortar 6 is undercoated on the floor foundation surface 1.
The thickness of the mortar 6 is 3 above the stay flange 5b.
0 to 50 mm (80 to 100 mm above the floor foundation surface), and the stay flange 5b is completely buried.
After the mortar 6 is undercoated, as shown in FIG. 2D, a decorative covering is performed using floor tiles 7 or the like as required. This completes the floor construction. In the final step shown in FIG. 2E, the wall tile panel structure 8 is installed on the runner member 3 and decorative member 5.

The frame 9 is made of square timbers such as lightweight section steel or wood. frame 9
Since the lower edge of is fitted into the runner groove 3a of the runner member 3, the size t 2 of one side of the square timber is
It is assumed that the width w of the runner groove 3a is slightly smaller than the width w of the runner groove 3a shown in FIG. The intervening board 10 is sandwiched between the frame 9 and the tile panel 11 in a sandwich-like manner,
The frame 9 is reinforced, the tile panel 11 is stably and easily attached, and a swallowing groove 12 is formed at the lower edge of the wall tile panel structure 8 as shown in FIG. The height of the intervening plate 10 is the frame 9
The height of the interposed plate 10 is made smaller than the height of the frame 9 so that when the interposed plate 10 is fixed to the surface of the frame 9, non-attached portions 9a and 9b can be provided at the upper and lower edges of the frame 9. Since the non-attached portion 9b at the lower edge is fitted into the runner groove 3a, its height h is made slightly larger than the depth d of the runner groove 3a (see FIG. 2D). An upper runner member (not shown) is fitted into the non-attached portion 9a at the upper edge to stabilize the installation of the wall tile panel structure 8.
The thickness t 3 of the interposed plate 10 is slightly larger than the combined thickness t 1 of the front flange 3b of the runner member 3 and the decorative plate 5 (see FIG. 2D). This is a swallowing groove 12 formed at the lower edge of the wall tile panel structure 8.
This is because it is necessary to insert the front flange 3b and the upper edge of the decorative member 5 into it. The interposition plate 10 is fixed to the frame 9 using screws or screws 13 as shown in FIG. Tile panel 11
is composed of a substrate 11a and a number of wall tiles 11b aligned and attached to the surface of the substrate 11a. As the substrate 11a, a material such as an asbestos cement board, a metal plate, or a synthetic resin board is used, and the tile 11b is adhered to the surface thereof with an adhesive. The height of the tile panel 11 is
It is slightly larger than the height of the interposed plate 10. The tile panel 11 is fixed at key points with screws or needles 14, as shown in FIG. At this time, the upper edge of the tile panel 11 is made to coincide with the upper edge of the intervening board 10, but the lower edge is provided with a protruding portion 11c that slightly protrudes from the lower edge of the intervening board 10. This protruding portion 11c forms a swallowing groove 12 opposite to the non-attaching portion 9b of the lower edge of the frame 9. Note that the amount of protrusion of the protruding portion 11c is smaller than the height h of the non-attached portion 9b.

may be formed as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. In the frame 9 shown in FIG. 6, the frame 9 is slightly thicker, and the upper surface side of the lower edge is covered with the interposed plate 10.
Cut off an amount corresponding to the thickness t 2 of frame 9.
The tile panel 11 is directly fixed on top of the tile panel. In this case, it goes without saying that the lower edge of the tile panel 11 protrudes downward from the scraped portion of the frame 9 to provide a protrusion 11c. The one in FIG. 7 is the substrate 1 of the tile panel 11.
The tile panel 1a is made thick, and the back side of its lower edge is removed by an amount corresponding to the thickness t3 of the intervening board 10 to form a protrusion 11c, and the tile panel 11 is directly placed on the frame 9. It is something that sticks. If it is done as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, both the intervening plates 10
The swallowing groove 12 can be formed without using.

る。 In the wall tile panel structure 8 constructed as described above, the lower edge of the frame 9 is fitted into the runner groove 3a, and the front flange 3b of the runner member 3 and the decorative member 5 are The upper edge is accommodated in the swallowing groove 12, and installation is performed by such mutual fitting. At the time of this installation, it is preferable to apply adhesive to the inside of the runner groove 3a. Screws or nails (not shown) are driven into the lower edge of the frame 9 fitted into the runner groove 3a from the rear flange 3c side of the runner member 3 to ensure reliable installation. In addition,
Although the means for fixing the upper edge of the frame 9 is not shown, a connecting member having a U-shaped cross section similar to the runner member 3 is hung from the ceiling with its opening facing downward, so that the frame 9 can be installed adjacently. The attached wall tile panel structure 8 is connected and fixed. The installation of the wall tile panel structure 8 is thus completed.
