When the slip condition is detected, a slip control means C controls the torque adjusting means A, performing a slip control in a manner wherein a slip of the driving wheel finally obtains the predetermined target value. While providing a power slide detecting means D which detects a power slide for whether or not it is requested by the driver, when the power slide is required, a target value changing means E changes the target value larger as compared with when no power slide is requested.
