Abstract
PURPOSE:The phase of a dividing signal is controlled by the output of synchronous detector which detects the phase difference more than the prescribed values of the dividing signal and an external signal and the frequency of a voltage control oscillator is also clamped to the prescribed value, thereby is returned to synchronous condition immediately.
