Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for transporting sheet material while clamping the same by means of grinppers secured to chain, in which a sheet detecting switch and two positioning switches are disposed near the inlet portion of the apparatus, whereby it is enabled with a short chain loop to transport sheet materials of a desired length.
