Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a device which can perform a mixture reaction of substances having different specific gravities highly efficiently by mixing substances having different specific gravities such as gases and liquids, the device having a rotary vane means of a simple construction installed in a vessel of conducting the mixture reaction.
