PURPOSE:The apparatus comprises a first cylinder which is connected to a drive rotatable at high rates and whose inner surface is tapered,and a second cylinder which is installed around the outer surface of said first cylinder and is adapted to be shiftable axially,so that high pressure air may be jetted through the gap between the two cylinders to provide steady atomization and spraying of paint material.
