Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a resin sheet stamped on both sides with high transfer accuracy by a method wherein synthetic resin layers extruded from two extruders are respectively guided so as to be wound round first and second stamping rolls for stamping and both resin layers are laminated one above another. CONSTITUTION:A first synthetic resin layer 7 extruded from a first extruder 6 is introduced between a first stamping roll 3 and a press roll 5 to stamp the resin layer 7 while guiding it in the state where the layer 7 is embraced round the first stamping roll 3. On the other hand, a second synthetic resin layer 9 extruded from a second extruder 8 is pressure-contacted with the back face (which has not been subjected to stamping) and guided so as to embrace a second stamping roll 4 for stamping, whereby a synthetic resin sheet of two- layer structure stamped on both sides thereof is formed. It is preferable for the first synthetic resin layer to have a higher softening point.
