A substance having a melting point 'f of 00 DEG C. or lower, such as a low melting point frit fine powder or a low melting point sorter lime 25 lath fine powder, can be used. In addition, all materials such as pulp, asbestos, rock wool, and glass fiber can be used as fiber materials, and as blowing agents, calcium carbonate, dolomite, silicon carbide, sodium nitrate, etc. can be used in combination or in combination. It can be used as To make slurry km for papermaking, the above-mentioned glass mineral raw material is mixed with water,
The material is dispersed to form a slurry, and then a separately finely pulverized foaming agent is added to this slurry, and the fiber 'R'Paulownia Ptf is further added, mixed and dispersed to prepare a slurry for papermaking. Is the slurry prepared in this way for n-jōshō making gokuwei tōken? It is best to dilute it to a concentration that is easy to make into paper by adding water and gold after mixing and dispersing it. Next, diluted papermaking slurry? After sending it to a paper making machine and making it into a sheet or paper form, it is dried to create a foamed ceramic sheet. On the other hand, a fired ceramic sheet is formed by completely burning a ceramic sheet, and for example, is it made by combining clay minerals and fibers? A slurry prepared by mixing and dispersing in water is made into a
It is also possible to make a ceramic sheet by using the method, and then use this ceramic sheet after it has been completely fired. A pair of fired ceramic sheets made in this way +11
Between 11 and 11+, the foamed ceramic sheet (2) was fully sandwiched, and as shown in Figure 1 (a), the shape of the foam was 750.
Pre-fire the foamed ceramic sheet (2) at ~850°C. The foamed ceramic sheet (2) is foamed by a foaming agent mixed inside it, and a foamed layer (3) is formed as an intermediate layer.
As shown in the first example (b), three foamed ceramics were used.
It's all you can get.

It decomposes and generates fumes, resulting in the formation of countless independent bubbles inside the foamed ceramic sheet (2). At the same time, the foamed ceramic sheet (2) is combined with the fired ceramic sheet +ll, and the foamed ceramic sheet (2) is combined with the foamed ceramic sheet. The foamed ceramic plate formed in this way has a foamed layer (3) as the intermediate layer, is lightweight and has excellent heat insulation properties, and is suitable for IIT thermal tie tiles.

It can be manufactured by applying a glaze (4) on the surface of a fired ceramic sheet (1), or by laying down a shaft sheet as shown in Figure 3. It is also possible to bake it. By doing this, it is possible to glaze and bake the decorative foamed sheet (2) with the mulberry (4) burnt on its surface at the same time as the foamed sheet (2). This allows for the rationalization of the inspection process. Except for that, glaze (4

。As described above, the present invention produces foamed three-sheet TLF by forming a paper-making slurry prepared by mixing and dispersing a lunar mineral negative material, a foaming agent, and a foaming agent in water. However, this foamed ceramic sheet was sandwiched between a pair of fully fired fired ceramic sheets and fired, so the foamed ceramic sheet melted due to the heat during firing and the foaming agent foamed, creating countless bubbles. It is possible to make one foam with one foam,
Foamed ceramic sheet 1 on the N rib is fired and fused to a ceramic sheet and integrated, and a foamed ceramic sheet is formed between the pair of fired ceramic sheets with a foamed layer. It can be made into a bag, and even though it is made of ceramics, it is IP'¥11.
Moreover, I love its insulation properties.
