図中7及び8は前記ヘッド本休1のフエース部1b及び
バック部1cのFRP外殻2b、2Cにそれぞれ必要に
応じて埋設された硬化済のF.RPからなるフェース面
板及び真鍮等の金属材料からなるバックウエイト部材、

でこのようなヘッド成形用材料4、11、12を成形型
13内に配置して型締めし(第4図参照)、熱圧するこ
とにより、第1図及び第2図に示すようなクラブヘッド
