For the work of adding windings during the winding work and for joining wires between coils, more reliable current-current welding methods have begun to be used instead of the conventional brazing method.

点であった。However, in such a joining method by tortoise pressure welding, as shown in FIG. 2, the abutted and heated portions of the wires 1a+1b to be joined flow out due to axial pressure, forming a barrier. The shape of this barrier is ``magnetic pole part 3a+
There is a close relationship with the shape of the tips 8a and 8b provided at the tip number 3b. Since a strong force is applied to the chips 8a+8b when pressurizing them in the axial direction, their shapes are rounded, and the formation of a barrier is unavoidable, and this barrier was finished with a file. Since this sanding work was carried out near the windings, various types of curing were required to prevent copper powder from getting into the windings, and deburring work after joining was required (two hours required).

This feature is characterized by the fact that the exposed particles are removed.
以下、本発明の接合方法を説明する。 The joining method of the present invention will be explained below.

A mold 9, which has a convenient shape and is grooved to a size slightly larger than the size of the pressed conductor, is attached to the holding clamp 2a. When the pressure-welded and flowed-out wire is positioned near the attached mold 9 and the clamp cylinders 4a+4b are operated, the electrode part 3b provided on the presser clamp 2b firmly clamps the joined wire 1b and presses the wire 1b. Since the mold 9 provided on the clamp 2a has two grooves that are slightly thicker than the joined wire 13, the joined wire 1a can slide within the mold 9. Next, when the pressure cylinder 6 is operated, the presser clamp 2a and the mold 9 move in the axial direction 42 to scrape off the barrier. The mold 9 is shaped to provide an appropriate distance between the cutting edge of the mold 9 and the electrode portion 8b so that they do not damage each other after forming a barrier.

質面で大きな効果が得られる。As described above, if the wire-wound conductor bonding method of the present invention is used, the chips that occur after joining can be easily removed, and the removed chips are also large and will not scatter, reducing the number of man-hours. Great effects can be obtained in terms of quality.
