Claims (1)
動回路の第１の出力端子に接続された基準電圧回路と、
該基準電圧回路の１出力端子及び出力電源端子の電圧を
分圧回路の分圧回路とが接続された比較手段と、前記比
較手段の出力端が接続されたバッファ段トランジスタと
、該増幅段の次段に接続された出力段とより成り、該出
力段に接続された前記出力電源端子より定電圧を導出す
る直流安定化電源回路において、前記バッファ段トラン
ジスタのベースと前記出力電源端子間に起動電流増大防
止用のダイオードを接続し、前記起動回路の動作時前記
ダイオードにより前記出力段における起動電流の増大を
