Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to dehumidify a room and to control the room temperature by a method wherein a preliminary condenser is provided in series with a main condenser and a part of heat discharged by the main condenser is discharged outside the room in a variable manner. CONSTITUTION:Air in a room sucked into the casing of a humidifier by the operation of a fan 11 is cooled by an evaporator 3 arranged in a sucked air passage so that water contained in the air condenses and is removed as water drops. Thus the air humidified in the above manner is heated when it passes through the main condenser 4 and is discharged again into the room through a discharge port O by the operation of the fan 11 so that the air in the room is dehumidified while it is circulated in the room. Further, the control of the room temperature can be made in a simple manner by adjusting the amount of heat discharged from the preliminary condenser 5, that is, the amount of air blown by the fan 11 and therefore, if the amount of heat discharged from the preliminary condenser 5 increases, the room is kept at low temperatures and is dried. Further, due to the existence of the preliminary condenser, even when the room temperature goes high, it is possible to operate a compressor in a stabilized condition by utilizing the open air of a comparatively low temperature.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention provides a preliminary capacitor in series with a capacitor,
This relates to a dehumidifier that attempts to control room temperature as well as dehumidify by variably dissipating part of the exhaust heat from a condenser to the outside.0 Conventionally, dehumidifiers that use a refrigerator do not suck indoor air. The air is first passed through an evaporator to be cooled and dehumidified by the cooling action of the evaporator, and then passed through a condenser where the cooled air is fully heated and then discharged into the room to achieve the desired dehumidification. is being carried out. In particular, if the device is used for a long time in a small room or a closed room, the indoor air will be heated only outside of the electrical input, causing the room temperature to rise. Therefore, although dehumidification is achieved, the drawback is that the room temperature cannot be controlled.

説明する。
In view of this, the present invention arranges a 01# capacitor in series with the capacitor, and controls the dehumidification and temperature in the room by making the heat radiation of the preparatory capacitor variable and discharging it to the outside. That is, the present invention connects a preliminary capacitor in series to the main condenser of the refrigeration circuit installed inside the main body casing, and also installs this preliminary condenser in a partitioned room inside the main body casing, and circulates outdoor air. The main point is that the heat is at least variably transferred to the outside of the room. Hereinafter, a description will be given based on the embodiment shown in the drawings.

In the figure, 1 is a main body casing of a dehumidifier, and a compressor 2 is installed inside this casing 1, and a refrigeration circuit is connected so that refrigerant gas is circulated through this compressed @2. This circuit connects a main condenser 4 through a capillary tube 6, preferably in the vicinity of the evaporator B, in the middle of the air flow path that flows from the compressor 2 to the air inlet port 0 that sucks room air into the housing 1. At the same time, a preliminary condenser 5 is also connected to the main condenser 4, and the refrigerant is connected to return to the compressor 1 from this preliminary condenser.

The preliminary capacitor 5 is provided in a partitioned compartment Z inside the casing 1, and is connected to an air supply duct 8 that takes in air from the outside and an exhaust duct 9 that exhausts air from the compartment to the outside.
A variable air volume fan 1o was installed in the partitioned room in order to forcefully supply and exhaust air from the outdoor air duct, and the outdoor air taken in from the air supply duct cooled the preliminary condenser. The fan 1o is configured to exhaust air to the outside through an exhaust duct.
It is controlled by a thermostat that senses the room temperature.

Further, the air sucked into the casing 1 through the suction port is exhausted into the room through the discharge port O by a two-digit fan 11 inside the casing.

Therefore, in the dehumidifier configured as described above, the fan 11
The indoor air sucked into the casing by the drive of the Next, as it passes through the main condenser, it is heated and discharged into the room again from the discharge port O by the fan 11, and by circulating it, the indoor air is dehumidified.
Heating by the main capacitor is not caused by all the electrical input from the refrigerator, but a portion of the heat is radiated from the i+iff capacitor in the outdoor air, so the temperature of the intake air passage and the discharge air after dehumidification are the same. Since the dehumidification is carried out so that the dehumidification is carried out in a manner that the dehumidification is carried out in substantially the same manner, the room temperature does not rise even if dehumidification is performed for a long time. This room temperature control can be easily performed by adjusting the amount of heat dissipated by the preliminary capacitor, that is, the air volume by the fan.According to the present invention, it is possible to control both the room temperature and the dehumidification, and if the heat dissipation of the preliminary condenser is increased, the indoor It has the advantage of being able to pump and dry at low temperatures, and furthermore, because it has a spare condenser, even if the indoor temperature becomes high, the compressor can operate stably by using relatively low-temperature outside air.
