In the figure, 1 is a top plate, 2 is a left and right side plate, and 3 is a bottom plate, which are assembled by bonding the respective plate materials with adhesive. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, when bonding the top plate 1 and the side plates 2, the reinforcing material 4 is bonded to the side plate 2, and the top plate 1 and the side plates 2 are bonded together. A batten 5 is used to apply this. 6 indicates a conveying hole.

Moreover, in this case, the degree of finish varies, and there is a possibility that quality cannot be maintained. In view of the above-mentioned points, the present invention proposes this type of manufacturing method with high quality and good productivity, and also provides a finished cabinet by forming a butt-shaped cabinet using the conventional V-groove manufacturing method. It is designed to give an aesthetic appearance to the exterior.

In other words, assuming that the length of the top plate 1 is 11 and the length of the side plate 2 is 112, using plates with a length of 111 + 212, insert the fourth plate from both sides at positions corresponding to each length of 12.
As shown in the figure, a first V-groove 9 of 90 degrees is provided in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction A thereof. This V-groove 9 is provided on the back surface of the body plate 8 without cutting the flexible film sheet 7. Note that FIG. 4 shows a developed view of the main part of the joint between the top plate 1 and the side plate 2. Next, the top plate 1 and the left and right side plates 2a, 2b are continuously formed by the flexible film sheet T along the longitudinal direction A of the body plate 8, in other words, the first V-groove 9 and Second and third V grooves 1 in the orthogonal direction

The second and third V-grooves 10 and 11 are similarly provided without cutting the flexible film sheet 7. The position of the second V-groove 10 is set at a distance of t or more from the end face of the first bent piece 12, where t is the thickness of the body plate 8, and the position of the third V-groove 11 is set at a distance of t or more from the end surface of the first bent piece 12. Set at 2t or more from the position of the V-groove 10 of No.2. In other words, the bottom dimension 13 of the first bent piece 12

Then, the end faces of the second bent pieces 12 and 13 are cut to form the first step 14, and the end faces of the first bent pieces 12 on the side plates 2a and 2b are cut to form the second step. A portion 15 is formed.
As shown in FIG. 4, the first step portion 14 is formed by cutting the first V-groove 9 at a length of /15 in the longitudinal direction. This dimension 15 is the same as the bottom dimension 14 of the second bent piece 13. The second step portion 15 has a first V
It is formed by cutting at a dimension 26 in the longitudinal direction from the position of the groove 9, and this dimension 16 is the same as the thickness dimension t of the body plate 8. Note that although Fig. 4 shows the unfolded state of the top plate 1 and the right side plate 2b, the unfolded state of the top plate 1 and the left side plate 2a appears in line symmetry with Fig. 4, so this explanation is omitted. do. Next, the first and second bent pieces 12 and 13 of the top plate 1 and side plates 2a and 2b are bent so as to have a U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG.

During this bending, an adhesive is applied to the joining surfaces of the second and third V-grooves 10 and 11. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the top plate 1 and side plates 2a, 2b are bent inward to form a right angle. In this case as well, adhesive is applied to each joint surface.
The top plate 1 and side plates 2a and 2b of the cabinet are now completed. Next, the bottom plate 3 is constructed as shown in FIG.
The cabinet 16 is completed by gluing using a batten 14 or the like. In this case, the fourth and second bent pieces 12, 13vc
As a result, a decorative portion 17 appears on the front surface of the cabinet 16, which looks like a butt-jointed body plate having a thickness of 14 mm. As described above, according to the method of the present invention, a V-groove is formed in the body plate to which a flexible film sheet is attached to divide it into a plurality of body plates, and two parallel lines perpendicular to the V-groove are formed. A V groove is formed to form the first and second bent pieces, and the ends of the first and second bent pieces of one of the plurality of body plates are cut to form the first step. At the same time, the end of the first bent piece of the other body plate is cut to form a second step, and the first and second bent pieces are bent inwardly, and a plurality of folded pieces are formed. By bending the body plates mutually inward, a butt-like cabinet is formed with a decorative part having a U-shaped cross section, so the assembly work of each body plate constituting the cabinet can be extremely simplified. , it is possible to significantly reduce assembly man-hours.

Further, during assembly, it is possible to prevent deviations in assembly dimensions without using reinforcing materials, battens, etc., and as a result, it is possible to provide a high-quality cabinet with reduced work man-hours and good productivity. Furthermore, according to the method of the present invention, during the manufacturing process of the cabinet, a decorative part is formed on the front surface w of the cabinet by butt-joining the body plate which is thicker than the thickness of the exterior body plate. Compared to the conventional method of forming a decorative part that looks like butt joints by using adhesive, no batten is required and a butt-like cabinet with an accurate and beautiful decorative part can be manufactured by simply bending. I can do it.
