The mounting end surface 8 of the joint end portion 5 of the support member 3 is connected from the bottom side 7 of the mounting base material 6 formed of a structural material having a substantially U-shaped cross section.
The stepped portion 1 of the joining end portion 5 is attached to the edge 10 of the side 9.
This relates to a frame member in which the joint end portion 5 is welded to the side edge 9 by locking the joint portion 1.

Therefore, the load applied to the bundle material 1 is locally concentrated and applied to the bundle fixing plate 12, and as a result, the bundle fixing plate 12 is locally deformed and stress is applied to the beam below the bundle fixing plate 12. This has the disadvantage that the beams are concentrated rather than dispersed, and a beam with greater strength than necessary must be provided.

A large bending moment acts on the joint end 14 of the beam material 2, which tends to deform the end plate 13 having poor cross-sectional properties, resulting in the disadvantage that the end plate 13 is required to be thicker than necessary.

The first objective of the present invention is to raise the mounting end surface of a supporting member such as a bundle or beam material above the bottom of the mounting base material, and to lock the stepped portion of the joint end to the side edge. By welding the joint end to the side edge, the load and bending moment applied to the supporting member are dispersed to the side edge, and the support can be held with the minimum thickness of the mounting base material. The second objective is to provide a structural material that can reduce the strength of the beam itself to which it is attached. The second purpose is to use a structural material with a U-shaped cross section as the mounting base material, which is different from the conventional plate-shaped one. In contrast, the purpose is to provide a structural material that improves cross-sectional performance and allows the use of thinner materials. The third objective is to construct the supporting member and the mounting base material from structural materials of the same shape. By doing so, it is an object of the present invention to provide a frame material that can reduce the number of types of members and simplify inventory management.
以下本考案を図示実施例に従って詳述する。The present invention will be described in detail below according to illustrated embodiments.

It is something that cannot be added to.

In addition, since the mounting base material 6 is formed from the structural material that constitutes the bundle material 1 and the cantilever material 2, there is an advantage that the number of types of members can be reduced. .
