Claims (1)
- 振動板の両面に圧電素子を貼りつけた並列型圧電バイモ
ルフ振動子において、振動板の一部に切欠部を設け、こ
の切欠部において両圧電素子の外側の電極を導電体によ
り接続したことを特徴とする並列型圧電バイモルフ振動
子。
