Abstract

PURPOSE:To form and wind efficiently a tape-like base material in a state that there is no pitch variation, by forming the tape-like base material wound around plural pins planted like a ring, which rotate intermittently, to a waveform by two or more force pistons, and winding it to a core material. CONSTITUTION:A wind-released tape-like base material 1 is wound round on N-pieces of pins 26 of a die rotating body 12, its tip is fitted to a core material P, a cylinder 19a is moved downward, and the base material 1 is bent by pushing toward the axial core of the core material P by the tip of a force piston 20a. Subsequently, in the same way, a force piston 20b is moved downward and the base material is bent by pushing.
