In this case, the friction between the cable and the conduit is large, so if the conduit is long, a lubricant is applied to the inner surface of the conduit to reduce the friction, but due to the sliding friction, the weight of the cable is large and the conduit is As the path becomes longer, the frictional force increases and a greater tensile force is required.

Therefore, a large number of guide rollers are arranged along the cable conduit, and the cable is pulled in by sliding the cable on these rollers to reduce the tensile force to a desired value or less.

In view of this, the present invention improves the method using guide rollers so that the cable can be easily drawn into the long cable conduit. are connected at appropriate intervals of 2-5 m to form a continuous box-shaped roller body, which is pulled in from one end of the cable conduit and fixed, and then the cable is pulled into this box-shaped roller. It is characterized by a rear cylindrical roller body whose rear end is fixed and which can be pulled out.

That is, a box-shaped roller body that is easy to install and recover is used in place of the conventional guide roller, making it easy to pull the cable into a long pipeline and reducing installation costs.

次にこれを図面に基づいてさらに詳細に説明する。Next, this will be explained in more detail based on the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a method of drawing a cable into a cable conduit using the box-shaped roller body of the present invention. A cable 8 is fixed to the walls of the manholes 4 and 5 and is attached to the traction wire 7 by pulling the traction wire 7 inside the box-shaped roller body 2 in the direction of the arrow with a winch (not shown).
When the rear end of the cable 8 is fixed and the cage-shaped roller body 2 is pulled out, the cable 8 remains in the conduit 1 and is laid.

The box-shaped roller body 2, as shown in FIG. It is equipped with rotatable ball-shaped rollers 14 and 15 and is connected through a connecting rod 16 at an appropriate interval of 2 to 5 m to form a continuous body, which particularly improves the flexibility of the box-shaped roller body 2. A flexible wire 17 is attached to the connecting rod 16.
(see Figure 1).

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. Since the number of connecting rods 16 can be reduced and the displacement between the annular bodies 11 can be reduced, it is possible to reduce the number of connecting rods 16 and the mutual displacement of the toric bodies 11, making it easier to draw the box-shaped roller body 2 into the cable conduit 1 and the cable 8 into the cylindrical roller body 2. It has the advantage of being easy.

In order to draw such a box-shaped roller body 2 into the cable conduit 1, the rollers 15 come into contact with the inner wall of the conduit 1, and by this rotation, the box-shaped roller body 2 can be pulled in with a small tensile force, and the tube drawn in this way When the cable 8 is drawn into the shaped roller body 2, it is easily done by the rotation of the rollers 14, and when the cylindrical roller body 2 is pulled out and collected after the cable 8 is drawn in, the rollers 14 and 1
Due to the rotation of 5, friction is small and the pull-out cable 8 can be easily pulled out.
can be left in the cable conduit 1.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a continuous long box-shaped roller body is drawn into the cable conduit by the rotation of the outer roller, a cable is drawn into the box-shaped roller body by the rotation of the inner roller, and then the cable tube is drawn into the cable conduit by the rotation of the inner roller. After a run, the cylindrical roller body collects the cable by the rotation of the inner and outer rollers and leaves the cable in the conduit and draws the cable into the conduit, so the cable can be easily drawn into the long conduit. Moreover, the box-shaped roller body used as a guide roller in the conduit is flexible and can be easily drawn into and recovered from the cable conduit, which is significant in reducing the cost of cable installation.
