DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a cooling configuration of a high-frequency heating device, which is equipped with a heating means for raising the atmospheric temperature in a heating chamber for cooking, and a dielectric heating means for heating an object to be heated by dielectric loss.
The purpose is to efficiently cool the cooker even when it is built into a wall or sink, so that it can fully perform its function as a cooker, making it easier to use.

Conventionally, in high-frequency heating devices capable of simultaneously performing heater heating and dielectric heating, the high-frequency oscillator and power supply components were generally placed below the heating chamber in order to prevent temperature rise.

When this type of high-frequency heating device is installed in a wall, sink, etc., it is necessary to place control parts such as knobs above the heating chamber in order to improve ease of use, resulting in a large main body. Ta.

Furthermore, when used in a sink, water and juices may be spilled as cooking is done on the top plate of the device, and the top plate is equipped with intake and exhaust ports to cool the high-frequency oscillator. Moreover, there was also the drawback that the walls and sink walls could not be installed on the rear or side surfaces of the main body of the device.

Therefore, if the high-frequency oscillator and electrical components are placed above the heating chamber in order to make the main body of the device compact, it will be difficult to take in and exhaust the cooling air.If the air is taken in from below the door and exhausted from above the door, the intake air will be Since the cooling passes through the heat insulating material of the heating chamber wall, the cooling temperature of the high frequency oscillator becomes high, resulting in extremely low cooling efficiency.

Furthermore, if air is taken in from the top surface of the door, high temperature air rising along the front surface of the door is sucked in, resulting in poor cooling efficiency. Therefore, the present invention has a configuration in which a high frequency oscillator and electrical components are placed in the upper part outside the heating chamber, and the air is taken in and exhausted from above the door. Moreover, by arranging the exhaust port below the intake port, the exhaust flow creates an air curtain above the door. The above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art are solved by blocking hot air from the front of the door and preventing hot air from being sucked in through the intake port. One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

A dielectric cover 6 is provided at the radio wave supply port of the waveguide 5 to prevent the hot air in the heating chamber from passing through the waveguide and heating the high frequency oscillator 4. Reference numeral 7 denotes a heater provided in the heating chamber 1, which raises the atmospheric temperature within the heating chamber to perform cooking.

8 is a control knob for a switch, etc.; 9 is a fan for cooling electric components (not shown) such as the high frequency oscillator 4 and a transformer; 10 is an intake port for sucking in outside air by the fan 9; and 11 is an air intake after cooling. Both are located above the door 2 on the front of the main body, and the positional relationship between the intake port 10 and the exhaust port 11 is as follows.

In the above configuration, when the high-frequency heating device is used, the high-frequency oscillator 4 is cooled by the fan 9, and the cooling air flow path is provided at the air intake port 1 provided on the upper front surface of the door 2.
The air enters from 0, passes through the fan 9, and is exhausted from the exhaust port 11.

Therefore, the hot air 12 such as the hot air leaking from the gap between the door 2 and the heating chamber 1 and the air heated by the hot door 2 rises along the surface of the door 2, and the air formed by the exhaust air 13 rises along the surface of the door 2. Since the curtain blocks the hot air 12 from being sucked in from the air intake port 10, the cooling effect of the high frequency oscillator 4 and electrical components does not deteriorate.

Therefore, it is thought that the proportion of the exhaust air 11 being sucked in again as intake air is extremely small.

As explained above, according to the present invention, since low-temperature cooling air is sucked in, the cooling effect is greater than that of conventional high-frequency heating devices of this type, and the capacity of the fan motor can be reduced.

Furthermore, since a smaller fan motor is required, the amount of exhaust air is small, and when a person stands in front of the door, there is no discomfort caused by hot air.

Furthermore, since the high frequency oscillator can be placed above the heating chamber, the main body can be made more compact. Since there is no intake/exhaust port on the top of the main unit, there is no risk of water getting into the main unit even if you cook on the top of the main unit, making it safe. Furthermore, since there is almost no air flow outside the heating chamber, the heat insulation performance is high, and the heater capacity can be reduced, allowing the power consumption of the heater to be reduced.

Furthermore, since the cross-sectional performance is high, the preheating time is short, making it extremely effective.
