部9VC昇降自在に添接して取付けられた側部10とか
らなわ、オス型6とメス型Tか20ら第3図に示す如く
略U字状の成形室11を形成する。成形開始時には中心
部9に取付けられた側部10は上昇して中心部9との間
に凹部19が形成され、型締が進行するときに側部10
が接着剤付実根12を複数板積層して構成された被圧体
2513に接触損傷を与えるのを解消し成形終了直前に
け中心部9に取付けられた側部10は下降してオス型T
と被圧体13の内外に圧を加え賦形する。一方オス型6
には該オス型6の賦形面14に面一まで圧に抗しながら
出没する突き出しピン1530が設けられておわ、成形
開始時点では賦型面14に突出して被圧体13を持上げ
、オス型6間に空間16を形成し、成形終了直前にはメ
ス型Tの中心部9の降下に伴なつて加圧が施さわオス型
6内に没入し成形開始時の空間16は減少する。なお3
511は突き出しピン15を圧に抗しながら出没する作
動させるためのバネでこのバネは突さ出しピン15が挿
入された穿孔18に埋設されている。第4図は成形終了
時の型締状態を示し、突き出しピン15はオス型6内に
没入され、メス型7とオス型6は被圧体13の内外に接
触圧を加え、かつサイドコア8とオス型6とで被圧体1

体13を持ち上げたままで、上記側部10が降下しなが
ら側片1を賦形し、側部10の降下に伴なう中心部9の
型締によつて上記曲げ部5を賦形する略U字状の成形室
11を形成する構造を備えたことを特徴とする異形集成
