杆の上部後方まで延出する長さをもったサドル取付杆の
前端部を上下回動可能に枢支し、且つこのサドル取付杆
の上にクッション性のあるサドルを取付けると共に、こ
のサドル取付杆とサドル高さ調節杆との間にサドル取付
杆の遊端側を弾性的に支持するクッションばねを取付け
