(rj east, dyeing the plate, impregnating the surface of the lli plate with the dye solution 1!';!:)ξ has been obtained. However, when dyeing in this way, the dye image does not penetrate into the interior of the veneer. The interior of the stained veneer shown in U I') was not stained. In addition, the physical properties of the veneer itself may have an adverse effect on the dyed veneer. For example, dyeing a rotary veneer (1*i thickness) made of agathis wood had the following problems.

This invention1 was made in view of these circumstances,
The first step is to laminate a plurality of colored veneers using a colored adhesive that exhibits the same color as the internal color of the veneer, and then slice the resulting laminate perpendicularly to the laminated surface to create sliced veneers. Step 1 and stack multiple sliced veneers using the colored adhesive above! The second step is to create sliced veneers by slicing the laminate (17 perpendicular to the carved surface).
The gist of this is to perform the above pR2-2 procedure a specified number of times.

is obtained. That is, this veneer 6 has a large number of strip-shaped colored adhesive layers extending vertically and densely in the length direction, and strip-shaped colored adhesive layers horizontally extending between the vertical colored adhesive layers. It extends in the length direction, and has a structure in which the wooden part is hardened with a band-shaped adhesive layer, so it has a high density, has little variation in physical properties of the veneer, and has almost no color difference between the surface and the inside. There isn't.

Furthermore, the colored adhesive described in item 11 was applied to the 11 plates on the slice side (application h: 170 to 90 f/nf), and multiple sheets were stacked in a flat mold and pressed under the same pressing conditions as above. did. The flitch thus obtained was sliced in the thickness direction to a thickness of L and Q MIX. the result,
High-density colored tF plates were obtained with good yield. The physical properties of the LLI board obtained by E-processing are shown in the following table in comparison with conventional dyed veneer.

(Margin) From the table 2, it can be seen that the mechanical properties of the colored veneer 1 of this invention are greatly improved compared to the conventional ones. It can be seen that the variation in physical properties is small, the color difference between the surface and the inside is small, and the color shading in the thickness direction is small.

Using a mixture of 3 parts of w (tt) Q, it was applied at a ratio of 1001/nl to the fl and y color veneers obtained in steps 1 to 1 in the same manner as in Example 1, and the mixture was applied at a pressure of 10 kQloJ.
The flitch was formed by pressing under the conditions of 12 hours. From this point on, a sliced veneer was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1. The obtained Qi plate, like that obtained in Example 1, had excellent Young's modulus and crushing strength, small variations in physical properties, and small color difference between the inside and the surface.

As described above, the present invention involves laminating several colored veneers using a colored adhesive that exhibits the same color as the internal color of the veneer, and slicing the resulting laminate perpendicular to the laminated surface. A second process involves laminating a plurality of sliced veneers using the above-mentioned colored adhesive and slicing the resulting laminate perpendicularly to the laminated surface to create sliced veneers. Because the second step is performed an arbitrary number of times, the physical properties of the iii board are improved compared to conventional ones, and there is less variation between lots, and the color difference between the surface and the inside is small. High-density colored veneers can be manufactured with good yield.
