[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a treatment device in which a treatment element such as a roller or a kneading ring is movably provided on a backrest of a chair or a support for a human body such as a bed. [Background Art] As a conventional treatment device, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-13
As shown in No. 9339, a motor and a driven shaft are respectively fixed to the upper and lower parts of the backrest of a chair, and a loop-shaped chain is used to connect the drive shaft connected to the motor and the driven shaft,
In addition, there is a system in which a pair of frames that support the treatment element in a vertically movable manner are fixed to both sides of the backrest portion, and the chain is used to drive the treatment element up and down. Because they are each attached to the backrest separately, the installation process is time-consuming, and the spacing between the motor and the driven shaft varies depending on the mechanism, so the chain tension must be adjusted each time it is assembled. There was a problem in that assembly was very difficult, such as having to make adjustments. [Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to integrate a treatment element drive device such as a support base for supporting the treatment element, a motor, and a driven shaft. The object of the present invention is to provide a treatment element drive device that has improved assembly efficiency by making it easier to assemble. [Disclosure of the Invention] Examples of the present invention will be described below. A description will be given based on a drawing showing an example of a type treatment device in which a massaging ring is movably and rotatably provided. Reference numeral 1 denotes a holding stand for holding a human body, and a support stand 2 is attached to the center thereof.A pair of treatment elements 3.3 are movably and rotatably supported on the support stand 2. A cover 4 covering the treatment element 3 is stretched, and legs 5 and 6 are provided at the lower part of the holding table 1. The support stand 2 has a pair of frames 2a, 2a that are U-shaped in cross section and parallel to each other, and are disposed between the pair of /fI therapy pieces 3.3, and the frames 2a, 2
A first drive transmission means 14, which will be described later, is arranged between C.
1). There are still mounting pieces 2b on both sides of the support base 2.
. 2C, and the mounting pieces 2b and 2c are screwed to mounting bases 1a and 1b provided at both ends of the holder 1, thereby attaching the support 2 to the holder 1. The mounting piece 2b at one end of the support base 2 is equipped with a motor 7 and a goo 78 that can be rotated forward and backward.
A worm shaft 9 and a drive shaft rotated by the worm shaft 9 are rotatably provided in the cake 8, and the output shaft i of the motor 7 is rotatably provided. Goo') 1. Oa and the pulley 9a attached to the worm shaft 9 are connected by a bell) 11,

protrudes upward so that the treatment element 3 can easily come into contact with the neck and shoulders. The movable table 23 has one end extended, and the extended portion is provided with a clutch means, and is supported by the frame 2a of the support table 2 by 4 auxiliary rollers. The clutch means includes a push-pull type electromagnetic solenoid having a second electromagnetic coil, an operating piece 32 connected to the electromagnetic solenoid via springs 3, 316, and a tip of the operating piece 32. a first stopper pin provided in the second driven shaft and capable of engaging and disengaging between the locking recesses; The second stopper pin is provided with a second stopper pin that can be freely engaged and detached from a plurality of locking holes m formed on the bottom surface of the support base 2 over substantially the entire length, and switches between movement and rotation of the treatment element 3. That's what I do. In the above embodiment, one pair of treatment elements 3 is provided, but the same effect can be obtained by providing multiple pairs on both sides of the support base 2 or multiple pairs in the moving direction of the support base 2, and the same effect can be obtained. In the example, the motor 7 is attached to the support stand 2, but it may also be attached to the holding stand 1. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, a chain is used as the first and second drive transmission means 4.20. However, the same effect can be achieved using a belt or rope. [Operating state] The operating state of the present invention will be described below. When the motor 7 is rotated, the output shaft 10 attached to the output shaft 10 is rotated. Oa,
bell) 11, and a pulley 9a attached to the worm shaft 9
The worm shaft 9 rotates through the worm shaft 9, and the drive shaft ν rotates through the rotation of the worm shaft 9, and the first drive transmission means 14 consisting of a loop-shaped chain rotates, and the second driven shaft η is rotated. It moves or rotates. FIG. 4 shows a state in which one coil of the single magnetic solenoid of the clutch means is energized, and the guide groove 32b of the operating piece 32 is energized.
The bottle 32c moves inside, pushes out the operating piece 32 in the direction of the arrow E against the elasticity of the spring 3]a, and the first strike 1. The barbin pin is pressed by the operation piece 32 and its tip engages with the locking recess of the second driven shaft ρ to stop the rotation of the second driven shaft ρ, and the second stopper The bottle 38 is pushed upward by the spring and disengaged from the engagement hole η of the support base 2. At this time, the rotation of the treatment element 3 is stopped by the first drive transmission means 14 until the rotation of the treatment element 3 is stopped. 3 moves along the support stand 2 and performs the pine surge. Furthermore, when the treatment element 3 is moved by the end of the support base 2, limit switches 42 and 41 provided at both ends of the support base 2 operate to automatically reverse the motor 7. The moving direction of the treatment element 3 is reversed. Also, when the electromagnetic solenoid (equipment) is switched and the other coil is energized, the operating piece 32 springs off 31 as shown in FIG.
b is pulled in the direction of the arrow F, and the first stopper bottle 34 is moved downward by the white fan to the second driven shaft η.
The second driven shaft 22 is rotated by the first drive transmission means 14, and the second driven shaft is rotated through the second drive transmission means. the third driven shaft 1IIll] 15;
The core body 16, which is integrated with the core body 16, is rotated 1 m. On the other hand, at this time, the second stopper bottle 38 is pushed down by the cam 32a formed on the operating piece 32 against the elasticity of the spring, and the tip of the second stopper bottle is pushed down to the support base 2.
The treatment element 3 is stopped at a fixed position by being engaged with the engagement hole η. That is, in this case, the treatment element 3 is stopped at a fixed position and massage is performed by rotating the core body [6]. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention provides a support for a treatment element having a U-shaped cross section and a pair of parallel frames, a motor attached to one end of the support, and a motor connected to the output shaft of the motor. a first driven shaft attached to the other end of the support base; a loop-shaped drive transmission means connecting the drive shaft and the first driven shaft; and a loop-shaped drive transmission means connected to the drive transmission means. a second driven shaft that allows the treatment element to be moved to a support base; and a second driven shaft that fits into the frame and is provided at the front and rear of the second driven shaft, and is integrally connected to the second driven shaft. The treatment device is equipped with a guide roller and is a treatment element drive device. It is easy to attach to the holding part, and since the drive shaft and the first driven shaft, which pass the twisted loop-shaped drive transmission means, are attached to both ends of the support stand and are integrated, the drive shaft and the first driven shaft are integrated. The distance between the first driven shaft and the first driven shaft becomes constant, eliminating the need to adjust the tension each time assembling as in the conventional example, and improving assembly efficiency.Furthermore, the loop-shaped drive transmission means and support stand Just by changing the length, the effect can be applied to chairs and beds of different sizes.
