Generally, the principle of a stereo viewer has been known for a long time, and various toys using this principle have been devised for playing still images or moving images. For example, the positive film used to reproduce still images consists of a pair of original images for the left eye and one for the right eye placed side by side, and these original images are guided to the left and right eyepieces through the optical system. As a result, the stereoscopic still image is reproduced.

However, conventional stereo viewers for playing 3D still images are of an endless playback type, in which a rotating slide with several sheets of positive film pasted at equal intervals on a disk is built into the viewer body in a non-replaceable manner. The structure was as follows. For this reason, even if the rotating slide can be rotated one frame at a time using the frame advance lever, the same rotating slide will be played over and over again. The number of positive films used for the rotating slide was limited, and since the rotating slide could not be replaced, it was difficult to continue to attract users. Furthermore, with conventional stereo viewers, it was not possible to operate the frame advance lever with the hand holding the handle, so it had to be operated with both hands, which greatly reduced the freedom of hands when using it. It had the disadvantage of being constrained.

In this way, when the strip slide 6 is advanced by one frame,
The left and right positive films 6a are passed through the eyepieces 31 and 3r.
You can see the image of the light that has passed through the screen, and you can enjoy the reproduced 3D still image. Therefore, by pressing down the frame advance lever 10b again, different stereoscopic still images can be sequentially reproduced. When all 10 frames of stereoscopic still images have been reproduced, no matter how many times the lever 101) for frame advance 1) is pushed down, only a pitch black screen is seen, and the state of blank advance is repeated. Therefore, in that case, it is sufficient to pinch and pull out the band-shaped slide)'6, which is mostly extending from the discharge port 5c. After pulling it out,
Another strip-shaped slide 6 that has already been inserted is pushed by the leaf spring 12 and automatically attached to the travel path 5a.

As explained above, according to the stereo viewer of the present invention, since the strip-shaped slide is provided in the viewer body and traverses the open optical path between the eyepiece and the lighting section one frame at a time, In principle, it is possible to reproduce an infinite number of 3D images by replacing the plate-shaped slide, and since the strip-shaped slide uses the inside of the handle provided on the viewer body as a passage, it is possible to make the entire viewer structure more compact. In addition, by providing an operating lever etc. on the side of the handle for moving the strip slide frame by frame, i) it can be operated with the fingers of the hand holding the handle,
This provides excellent effects such as being able to operate with just one hand.

Furthermore, the stereo viewer according to the present invention has a space in the handle in which a plurality of strip-shaped slides can be stacked and stored in a state where they are energized toward the traveling road, and only the three slides located in the path of the strip-shaped slides are fed frame by frame by the frame-by-frame feeding mechanism. By configuring it so that the slide can be replaced, it is possible to reduce the number of times the band-shaped slide is replaced, and it is possible to continuously reproduce a large number of stereoscopic still images by wearing the slide once.
