【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 インバータにより、直流電源を交流にして、高電圧
変圧器に電源を供給し、前記高電圧変圧器の出力側に接
続されたX線管を持つX線装置に於いて、インバー多電
流の検出を行なう検出器、この検出器の出力信号値と設
定値を比較する比較器、この比較器の出力信号に応じて
インバータの通電幅を制御する通電幅制御回路を備え、
前記インバータ電流の検出値が設定値を越えた時に、イ
ンバータ制御信号をカットオフして、前記インバータの
通電幅を制御するようにしたことを特徴とするX線装置
。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のインバータ電
流の検出器の出力信号に応じてインバータの通電幅を制
御する回路に加えて、X線管電圧を検出する検出器の出
力信号と設定値を比較する比較器と、X線管電圧の検出
値が設定値を越えた時に、前記インバータ制御信号をカ
ットオフして、インバータの通電幅を制御する装置とか

値が設定値を越えた時に、前記インバータ制御信号をカ
ットオフして、インバータの通電幅を制御する前記通電
幅制御回路からなることを特徴とするX線装置。
