めコイルの端末も十分の処理が行われるが、小形でコイ
ルの平衡などに留意する必要のない零相変流器や普通の
小形変圧器などでは、コイルを巻いた鉄心をそのままケ
ースに収納し、ケース内部に合成樹脂などの充てん剤を
充てんして封入されている。このコイルが細い場合、コ
イルの端末に日出線を接続して外部に導出されるが、充
てん剤を充てんするまで゛は、コイルの端末と日出線と
の接続部が自由であり、引張り強度が弱いことと充てん
剤を充てんするときにこの接続部の位置が一定しないと
いう欠点があり、コイルを巻いたものをケース内に封入
する作業を自動化する上で難点となっている。また充て
