られ少なくとも二つの、 部材の接合により構成されて
内部に内室を形成された中空ボックス状の第二のプラン
ジャ要素とを有し、前記第一のプランジャ要素内には前
記第二のプランジャ要素の下端壁によって上端を限られ
たシリンダ室が形成されており、前記第二のプランジャ
要素の前記下端壁には前記内室と前記シリンダ室とを連
通ずる孔が形成されており、前記孔□には前記内室より
前記シリンダ室へ向かう流体の流れのみを許す逆止弁が
組込まれており、前記シリンダ室内には前記第二のプラ
ンジャ要素を前記第一のプランジャ要素より押出す方向
に作用する圧縮コイルばねが設けられており、前記第−
及び第二のプランジャ要素はそのシリンダ状側壁部に常
時互いに連通ずる貫通孔を有し且前記第二のプランジャ
要素の貫通孔はシリンダヘッド内に形成されそのプラン
ジャボアに開口する油路と常時通じており、前記第二の
プランジャ要素の上端壁はバルブリフトカムと直接接触
係合し、前記第一のプランジャ要素の下端壁にてバルブ
ステムに弁開押圧力を及ぼすよう構成されていることを
