装置である。[Detailed Description of the Invention] Generally used Western-style toilets emit odor into the atmosphere until the substitute falls into the water in the toilet and is buried. The present invention focuses on this point and attempts to automatically exhaust the air inside the toilet by opening an exhaust valve and using an exhaust fan only when the toilet is in use by attaching it to a general Western-style flush toilet. This is an automatic odor evacuation mechanism designed so that not only those who use it later, but also the person who is using it, do not feel any odor.

Shown in A, B, C and D of FIG. This figure also shows the entire electrical system. The operation will be explained below based on FIGS. 1 to 4.

When (4) is closed, the power supply (5) causes the relay (6) to close its contacts. A solenoid coil (7) and a small exhaust fan are connected in parallel to this contact circuit, and are operated by receiving electricity from the socket (D).

) and its fulcrum (11) to push the exhaust valve (9) to the left, and the exhaust valve (9) was in close contact with the spring (12).
is separated from the seal rubber (14). Therefore, the air inside the toilet bowl is passed through this gap by the exhaust fan (8), which is energized and starts rotating at the same time as the solenoid coil (7), and the exhaust pipe (20).
22) and (23). As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the pipe (23) either connects to the drain port (28) of the toilet bowl or penetrates the outer wall (25) of the house to the outside air, so the air inside the toilet bowl is drained from the toilet bowl. It will be discharged to the outside air without being released to the outside (30). This evacuation action is performed while a person is seated on the seat (1). When you leave the seat (1), the pressure switch (4) is turned off and the contact circuit of the relay (6) is opened, so the exhaust valve (9) is connected to the spring (12).
Due to the tensile force of , it comes into close contact with the seal rubber (14), cutting off the air passage, and at the same time, the exhaust fan (8) also stops rotating. The defecation cleaning operation mechanism is the same as that of a general Western-style flush toilet, so its explanation will be omitted.

The odor evacuation mechanism according to the present invention is installed in a Western-style flush toilet. The former directs the odor to the drain pipe (28) inside the toilet, and the latter penetrates the outer wall (25) and directs the odor to the outside. An example is shown below. The details of A, B, C and D in each figure are shown in A, B, C and D of FIG. The third diagram shows the odor evacuation mechanism and the electrical system of the equipment used. Fig. 5 shows an electrical system diagram in which the relay k (6) and the power supply (5) are removed from Fig. 4 in the case where the power sources are unified into one household power supply system. FIG. 6 shows the case where the solenoid valve (31) of FIG. 4 is housed in the exhaust pipe. Figures 1 and 2 (1) show the seat on which a person sits while using the toilet (
2) is a Western-style flush toilet, and (23) is a pipe for guiding the odor from the toilet to the drain pipe (28) in Figure 1. (26) is the lid of the toilet bowl, (27) is the water tank, (29) is the inspection lid of the solenoid valve (31) etc. with the relay (6) attached, and (37) is the entrance of insects etc. into the exhaust pipe from outside. Showing the prevention net. In Figure 3, (3) is a rubber cushion to prevent the seat (1) from directly touching the toilet bowl (2), (C) is a pressure switch that closes the contact due to the weight of the person sitting on it, and (4) is It is built-in. In Figure 4, (4) is a pressure switch, (5) is a relay (6
) is a low-voltage power supply that is added to ensure that there is no harm to humans in the event of an electric shock. (31) is a solenoid valve that has a built-in solenoid coil (7) and a plunger (13). By energizing the solenoid coil (7), the lever (10) overcomes the tensile force of the spring (12).
) via the fulcrum (11) to separate the exhaust valve (9) from the seal rubber (14). When the solenoid coil (7) is not energized, the spring (
(9) is in close contact with the seal rubber (14) due to the force of (12). (15) is the toilet seat (9) and is attached to (2) of the toilet bowl via a packing (16). Exhaust pipe (20
) is integrated with (15) by adhesive or welding. Also, the screw (17) is cut, and the lock nut (19) is tightened through the packing (18) to completely shut off the inside and outside of the toilet bowl. (21) is an exhaust pipe in which the pipe joint (22) has a built-in exhaust fan (8). (36) is a solenoid valve and an electric wire for an exhaust fan. Figure 5 shows the case where the power supplies in Figure 4 are combined into one household power supply system, and therefore the relay (6
) and power supply (5) are removed. Since the solenoid valve (32) in Fig. 6 is housed in the exhaust pipe (22-1), (10) and (11) in Fig. 4 are unnecessary. (33) is the spring corresponding to (12) in Figure 4, in which case compression pressure is always applied, and (34) is the plunger (13).
The adjustment rod is threaded and connected to the exhaust valve (9) in Figure 4 through the adjustment rod, making it adjustable. (22-1)
and (22-2) correspond to (22) in Fig. 4, which is an exhaust pipe in which a solenoid valve (32) and an exhaust fan (8) are housed. (21) is the joint, (36) is the solenoid valve, and the exhaust fan wire (38) connects the solenoid valve (32) to the exhaust pipe (
This is a metal fitting for attaching to 29).
