本考案は所謂電気ジャー炊飯器の様な電気調理器に関し

個の小孔8,8と、一部に上方に路上端まで切欠いた三
叉状の遮へい板9を取付けた蒸気流出孔10を設け、更
に該蒸気流出孔10の孔内周面より遮へい板9の内側に
位置して該遮へい板9の上端より低くして上方に突出す
るガイド筒11を固定し、又一部には遊孔12を穿設し

及び空間層を介して外気に放出されるものに比べ蒸気と
