There is a lot of damage caused by expansion and contraction.
There is a drawback that the waterproof effect is gradually lost.

Waterproof sheets have also been proposed in which short fibers such as glass synthetic fibers or powders of inorganic materials such as pumice, building stone, slag, and glass are adhered with a slight gap between each short fiber case or powder. However, short fibers or powder adhered to the outer surface are likely to separate due to the large impact that occurs when concrete is poured, and short fibers or powder adhered to the outer surface can easily separate from the concrete intervening in the voids created between them. Since it does not provide a large resistance to water, it cannot be peeled off successively to sufficiently prevent water intrusion, and it is difficult to mass-produce it easily.

The nonwoven fabrics 2 and 2 are laminated, and a portion of each long fiber is embedded from the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet main body 1 where the nonwoven fabrics 2 are in contact with each other.

Aは防水されたものとなるものである。As shown in Fig. 3, a structure constructed in this way is constructed by pouring concrete, for example, on the mortar-finished surface B of the roof A of a building, before the mortar hardens, it spreads evenly and lightly. When pressed, a portion of the mortar will penetrate into the tangled long fibers of the nonwoven fabric 2 made of long synthetic fibers laminated on the lower surface of the sheet main body 1 made of thermoplastic resin. 1

If mortar is applied from above to give a mortar-finished surface C, a part of the mortar will be applied to the nonwoven fabric 2 on the upper surface of the sheet main body 1.
Therefore, all that is left to do is to harden all the mortar, and the roof A of the building will now be waterproof.

The main body 1 of the sheet is waterproof in order to block rainwater that gradually permeates from the mortar finish surface C of the uppermost layer.

のである。In addition, the nonwoven fabrics 2, 2 made of long-fiber synthetic fibers laminated on the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet main body 1, respectively, bury a portion of the respective long fibers from the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet main body 1 in contact with the nonwoven fabrics 2 toward the beef cattle. Because they are all integrated together, they do not separate from the sheet main body 1 even when subjected to large shocks during concrete pouring, and have high water resistance and high resistance to mortar that has penetrated into each of the intricate long fibers. This can effectively prevent the mortar on the mortar finished surface B and the mortar finished surface C after curing from peeling or cracking. Non-woven fabric made of thermoplastic resin with expansion and contraction resistance, as well as long fiber synthetic fibers. The fibers in 2.2 are polypropylene fibers, polyamide fibers, and other synthetic fibers that have water resistance, corrosion resistance, expansion and contraction resistance, etc. In addition to this, it is also possible to consistently exhibit its waterproof effect over a long period of time.

It can be easily mass-produced continuously by feeding the polyethylene resin as a molten thin layer and applying appropriate pressure with the two rollers.

ものとして実用的価値きわめて大なものである。As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention has been put to practical use as a solution that satisfactorily overcomes the drawbacks of asphalt felt, asphalt roofing, or waterproof sheets with synthetic resin membranes conventionally used for buildings and other concrete structures. The value is extremely great.
