Soft animal hair, such as white and red horse hair, deer bone, etc., was used exclusively, but after the war, after the introduction of chemical fiber technology from foreign countries, especially the United States, Both hair and chemical fibers have been used in combination, but today, due to cost, chemical fibers are overwhelmingly used more than animal hair.

When it comes to objects, it is impossible to obtain the soft touch feeling of animal hair.

る。The inventor and applicant are currently conducting a trial production experiment to use the chemical fibers treated as described above as hair for making brush tips. The invention involves fixing a large number of comparatively hydrophilic chemical fibers, such as acetate and vinylon fibers, around the outer periphery of an operating rod with their upper portions bunched together. The organic solvent is connected and spouted from the bottom of the processing container, and while the organic solvent is allowed to overflow, the above-mentioned operating rod is moved up and down and rotated at low speed, whereby approximately the lower half of the bundled chemical fibers is By repeating the movement of lowering it into the organic solvent or raising it above the liquid level together with the rotational movement,
The gist of the present invention is a method for processing chemical fibers for cosmetic brushes, which is characterized in that each of the bundled chemical fibers is formed into a pointed shape that gradually narrows from approximately the lower half to the tip. It is possible to achieve the desired purpose well.
