近年、ねじ部品KToらかしめ座金管組込んでシ〈座金
付きねじが多く用−られている・一般ねじO場合には、

込んだ後にねじ転造を行えば良いが、タッピンねじの場
合は、鋼板等に下孔をあけて雌ねじの山を成形しながら
締めつける作業音タッピンねじ自体で行う性質上、特に
ねじ素材にねじt転造した後に浸炭焼入れ管行って表面
硬度を高める必要がある。この丸め座金付きタッピンね
じ全作る際の製造工1が複雑になっていた。すなわち、
圧造により*Wt成形した転造ねじ素材に、浸炭を防ぐ
丸めに銅メッキ(防炭メッキ)シ九平座金を組込んでね
じを転造し、それから浸炭焼入れを行い、その後で平座
金の鋼メツ中を落していた。このように、銅メッキV!
−施したシ落したりする金分な工1が増え、作業時間が
畏くなる上、平座金を入れてからねじt転造するので、
ねじ*Wに隣接し九平座金の近くに不完全ねじ部が残夛
