For those driving a car, the direct sunlight that enters through the windows in the summer is cloudy and unbearable, causing sunburn and eye fatigue, and reducing the effectiveness of the air conditioner inside the car.

Therefore, recently it has been considered to install light-shielding panels made of transparent colored synthetic resin over the entire inside of windows, especially the side windows. In addition to increasing the height, it also serves to prevent broken pieces of window glass from flying into the room and causing injury.

However, the conventional means of attaching light shielding plates to window glass is
The window glass and the upper end of the light shielding plate are held together with metal fittings in several places.

As a result, the thickness of the metal fittings increases, so when the window glass of a side window is closed, the metal fittings attached to the top edge get caught in the grooves on the inner edge of the window frame, making it difficult to lower the window glass. Even if the window glass is lowered, the light shielding plate may get caught and prevent it from coming down.

■Furthermore, with conventional mounting methods using metal fittings, wind may flow between the window glass and the light-shielding plate while the vehicle is driving with the window partially open, causing the light-shielding plate to separate due to the wind pressure.

Furthermore, the windows of cars fog up due to internal humidity and temperature differences between the inside and outside, but in conventional installations, metal fittings are used in several locations, so moisture can enter through the gap between the window glass and the light shielding plate, causing the window glass to fog up. You have to put it away, and if it gets cloudy, you can't wipe it directly, which is a problem.

Moreover, if rainwater or the like enters the inside of the door, the window glass and the light-shielding plate come into close contact with each other, which causes the water to be sucked up by capillary action and diffused over a wide area between the panels.

The purpose of this is to make it easy and quick to attach the light shielding plate to the window glass, to prevent the light shielding plate from coming off due to wind pressure while driving, and to prevent fogging on the inside of the window glass or the inside of the door. An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure that can absorb water and prevent water from spreading between drawing boards.

Then, while inserting the lower edge 11 of the light shielding plate 4 into the lower part of the door 2, fit the front and rear edges into the side window frame 3, and attach the upper edge 5 to the window glass with double-sided adhesive tape 14. 2, attach the light-shielding plate 4 to the window glass 1 while leaving a gap in the same manner as described above, and attach the decorative tape 16 to the outer edge, that is, the upper edge.

Although the present invention is as described above, compared to the conventional mounting structure in which the upper and side edges of the window glass and the window glass are clamped and fixed with metal fittings, Since the parts are attached with double-sided adhesive tape, installation is extremely easy and quick. The light shielding plate is attached in two places, the upper edge and the front edge for the front door, and the upper edge for the rear door. Since only the parts are pasted, even if the light shielding plate expands due to heat, it can escape to the other side, and it will not sag or wrinkle.

■The window glass and the light-shielding plate should be attached to the outer edge of the window, from the front edge to the upper edge of the front door, and the upper edge of the rear door, as well as decorative tape, and the lower part of the light-shielding plate should be attached. Since it is stored in the storage area at the bottom of the window frame, there is no chance of the light shielding plate swinging out due to wind pressure and coming off while driving, unlike in the conventional case.

In addition, the window glass of 0 cars fogs up due to the internal humidity and temperature difference between the outside and outside, but with conventional installation methods, the window glass fogs up due to moisture from the gap between the window glass kg light plate between the metal fittings, and when it fogs up, you can wipe the window glass directly. It's a problem because there isn't one.

In contrast, in the present invention, tape is interposed at the upper edge, front and rear edges, and bottom of the window glass and the light shielding plate, and gaps are formed between the window glass and the light shielding plate due to the thickness of the tape. Furthermore, the circumference is almost sealed by a band material that acts as a seal.

Furthermore, if rainwater or the like got inside the door, because the glass plate and the light-shielding plate were in close contact with each other at the bottom, in conventional systems, it would be sucked up by capillary action and spread over a wide area between the drawing boards.

However, in this invention, the strip material near the bottom acts as a partition to prevent moisture from rising further, and a gap is formed above from the strip material due to the thickness of the strip material, so capillary action does not occur and the water There is no wicking and diffusion, and a clear field of view can always be maintained through the window.

In order to create a gap 16 between the light shielding plate 4 and the window glass 1, a protrusion or protrusion 15' may be formed near the bottom of the light shielding plate 4, for example, as shown in FIG. 3 instead of using a band.
