【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は高速砥石切断機による切削方法と載置台に関
するものである。従来、高速砥石切断機による切断方法
は素材の一端をネジ等で動かないようう強固に締め付け
て、片時状態で切断する方法がとられていた。ところが
短いものは締め付けられないので切断できない。又砥石
の下降する所に素材の切断するべき位置を合せる為には
再々締めつけ替えをしなければならないのでかなりの熟
練と注意力が必要である。更に切断終了の時には締め付
けていない片端が飛散して終末が悪く危険なものである
.等の欠点があつた。又長物の端面加工とか切込加工を

間に切り込み溝3をもうけたものである。又端面切り込
み加工用の素材を支持する擢動用載置台を図面について
説明すると、側面に案内板9のある長方形の擢動台4の

を使用する方法は、
(イ) 載置台1を第3図のように切断砥石6が下降し
た時に切断砥石6が切り込み溝3にはまり込むように固

この切断用載置台による切断装置によると、砥石6の回
転方向の力は、立ち上り受板22によつて受け止められ
、砥石6の下向の力は載置代によつて支えられて、切削
が進むので加工が終了するまで安定よく切削でき、切削
終了時に片持支持状態で切断した時に自由端が飛散した
ような危険な事はない。切口は最後まで綺麗である。短
かくて締め付けの固難なものや変形しているものでも容
易に切断できる。又切断の位置決め操作は切断個所を溝
5に合せるだけであるから簡単正確である。更にこの装
置によれば軟弱で締め付ける事のできない紙管(紙で作
ったパイプ)やジュースの缶のようなものでも簡単に切
断することができる又この端面加工用擢動台による切込
装置によると、従来高速砥石切断機では不可能だった、
