いた。Conventional foam molds have an upper mold and a lower mold, and vent holes are provided in the upper mold to discharge foam gas generated during foam molding and air inside the foam mold to the outside. are being used. When a broken foam mold is used, waste of the foamed synthetic resin called urethane pan is generated from the vent hole, and the foamed synthetic resin is often wasted, and the removal of this urethane pan is complicated. This caused a decrease in work efficiency. Furthermore, if the foaming gas generated during foam molding is not sufficiently discharged from the vent hole, it causes cavities and cracks, making it impossible to obtain a high-quality cushion pad. Also, a vent hole must be drilled in the upper mold.
Since this vent hole cannot be made large enough, the foaming pressure increases, which necessitates the use of a foam mold with a thicker wall. The disadvantage is that the weight increases and the size increases. It had Therefore, when heating a foam mold, the heating volume increases. Furthermore, when molding the band material of the cushion pad, it is difficult to insert and hold the support material that is integrally attached into the foam mold, impeding the speed of the work. This method has the disadvantage that it is not easy to confirm whether or not someone is using the device.

う。The object of the present invention is to be able to extremely easily discharge foaming gas and air inside the foaming mold from a foaming mold, and in this case, the foamed synthetic resin is not generated outside as a so-called urethane pan, which is extremely economical. It is possible to obtain a cushion pad of excellent quality and extremely high quality.Furthermore, the foam mold can be formed into a thin wall to reduce weight. In addition, it is easy to insert and hold the support material, and the insertion position of the support material can be confirmed from the outside. We provide foam molds for cushion pads.
This will become clear from the detailed description below with reference to the drawings.

2 is made of resin felt, coarse wool, slab urethane, etc., and is capable of discharging the foaming gas generated during foam molding of the foamed synthetic resin described later and the air inside the foaming mold 1, and prevents the foamed synthetic resin from leaking. It is formed. Note that this support material 12 is accurately centered by a needle-shaped holding member (not shown) that can be inserted from the outside of the punching metal 6, and the insertion and retention state of the support material 12 can be easily confirmed through the punching metal 6. I can do things.

When foaming the stock solution 13' of the foamed synthetic resin, air, foaming gas, etc. in the foaming mold 1 pass through the support material 12 and the large number of small holes 6a in the punching metal 6 [7] is discharged to the outside,
In addition, the foamed synthetic resin stock solution 13' and the foamed synthetic resin that has undergone foaming are shielded by the support material 12 and are not discharged to the outside.

The support material 12 of the cushion band 11 is slightly impregnated with the foamed synthetic resin stock solution 13' into the support material 12.
Although the support material 12 is slightly hardened, it is better for the support material 12 to be slightly hardened to improve the functions of the spring holder of the notebook cushion 11, etc.

According to such a configuration, air, foaming gas, etc. in the foam molding mold are transferred from the punching metal of the upper mold to the outside (( In addition to being extremely easy to discharge, the foamed synthetic resin is shielded by the support material and does not form a so-called urethane pan outside, allowing the foamed synthetic resin to be used effectively and eliminate air and foaming gas. Since it is easy to discharge and the foaming pressure does not increase, the foaming mold is formed with a thin wall.
It can be made lighter. In addition, the heating volume of the punched metal part of the upper die of the foam molding mold is small, making it easy to heat the foam molding mold.Furthermore, the inserted state of the support material can be confirmed from the outside through the many small holes in the punching metal. It also has various effects such as being able to reliably and easily attach the support material to the punched metal.
