分にピン状の接点を受は人ねる際、バネ圧が弱くなり挿
入した接点間の電気抵抗を高めるという好ましくない結
果となる。その上、打ち抜き成形した内管の強度が弱い
ため、外部導線を接続する後部周囲及び係合部分の周囲
に保護用管が必要となる。このことは接点の絹み立て時
間の増加のみならず材料費の高騰を招くことになる。と
りわけ、この問題は超小型電気コネクタの場合接点サイ
ズが長官1.25Crn、直径0.15crnと小さい
ため深刻に々る。
