本発明は電気コネクタに関し、特にコネクタに取シ付け

コネクタに使用する接点の数が多いため次第に打ち抜き
成形した接点が繁用されつつある。金属材料を機械加工
する場合より低コストになるためである。しかしコスト
は安くても、打ち抜き成形した接点は、金属薄板ででき
ているため強度及び耐久性が弱い。例えば打ち抜き成形
により製造されたソケット形接点の押えバネは、機械加
工した接点の場合より変形し易い。そのため押えバネ部
分にピン状の接点を受は人ねる際、バネ圧が弱くなり挿
入した接点間の電気抵抗を高めるという好ましくない結
果となる。その上、打ち抜き成形した内管の強度が弱い
ため、外部導線を接続する後部周囲及び係合部分の周囲
に保護用管が必要となる。このことは接点の絹み立て時
間の増加のみならず材料費の高騰を招くことになる。と
りわけ、この問題は超小型電気コネクタの場合接点サイ
ズが長官1.25Crn、直径0.15crnと小さい
