CONSTITUTION:A heating roll 1 is cylindrical, and when it is used for the heating roll fixing device of a copying machine, another pressure roll is pressed into contact with this roll. A heat pipe 3 is arranged in the inside of the roll 1, the side of the bearing part 2 is an evaporation part 4 and the middle of the roll 1 is a condenser part 5. The position of the condenser part 5 is located so as to uniformly heat the roll 1.
