を下地材Bに接着する際、接着剤Cが表板の透孔部Aa
から突出して外観を不良にし或いは接着剤層の厚みが不
均一となって表板Aの配置が不揃いとなる欠点もあった

立体模様が形成でき、しかも凹部となる透孔部6aに接
着剤層2の色が露呈して凸部となる表板6の表面色とで
別色の模様となるのである。即ちショツトブラストで立
体模様を形成すると共に凹部に表板6の色と異なる接着
剤層2の色が露呈するだめ第4図のように模様がはっき
りとなるのである。

材に接着する場合の前記した欠点がないのである。捷た
表板6が木製のため第5図のようにショツトブラストに
よっても年輪の筋目6bが残って趣きのある模様となる
のである。しかしながらショツトブラストを強く施せば
年輪の筋目も脱落できることになる。

い。これによると表板5の透孔部5aに透明な接層剤層
4を介して下地板材1の表面着色ヨ(透視露呈するため
深みのある上品な色合いの模様となるのである。即ち透
明な接着剤を用いればその下が着色されていればよく、
第7図のように下地板材1と透明接着剤層6との間に複
数色のビニール膜7を接着してもよい。また、黒檀、紫
檀等の有色材8を下地板材として或いはそれらを貼着し
て下地板材を形成してもよく、ショツトブラストで表板
の接着剤層9を脱落して該有色材8を露呈させてもよい
(第8図参照)。さらにショツトブラストを施す表板を
木製の他、アルシミ製等としてもよく、下地板材の材質
も問わないのである。なお接着剤の種類及び色も適宜で
あり2表面材の形状も任意である。そしてショツトブラ
ストを施しだ後9表面板の表面にウレタン塗装等をかけ
てもよい。要するに本発明は木製或いはアルシミ製等の
表板を接着剤を介して下地板材に接着することにより表
面材を一体形成した後2表面材の表部に凹凸模様を形成
するために施すショツトブラストを該接着剤層或いは下
地板材の有色表面が露呈したところで停止して成り、露
呈した着色接着剤又は透視できる透明接着剤層の下の着
色部或いは下地板材の有色表面部と表面材の表面部とで
別色の凹凸模様を現わすことを要旨とする表面材の立体
模様現出方法である。
