本体に枢着したロツクレバート；このロックレバ−のロ
ック部の挿入口からの後退を許容する位置と、該ロック
レバ−と係合して該ロック部を挿入口内に押し出し接眼
部をロックする位置との間を摺動できるように上記本体
に嵌めた解除環と；この解除環を上記接眼部ロック位置
側に摺動付勢する付勢手段と；この付勢手段に抗して上
記解除環をロック部の後退許容位置に保持する係止レバ
ーと；常時は上記挿入口の位置決め底部から突出し、内
視鏡の接眼部装着により押圧されて後退したとき上記係
止レバーと解除環との係合を解く連動ピンとを有するこ
