Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. An air chamber is fitted on the outside of the water pumping cylinder, a communication hole is provided to the water pumping cylinder wall which is the inner wall of the air chamber, and the air chamber is bent at least once and communicates with the water pumping cylinder. A pumping device consisting of concentric annular chambers with a device for supplying pressurized air to the inside of the air chamber. 2.
