It is composed of a conductor 1 and an insulating sheath 2 that covers the conductor. When an insulating material such as rubber or polyethylene is used as the insulating sheath 2, a separator 3 made of cotton tape, plastic tape, etc. is used to cover the conductor 1. It is coated horizontally or vertically.

The conventional method was to allow the separator 3 to open and then pull out the end of the separator 3 with one's fingers.

There was a problem that the test piece was left behind in the insulating coating 2, and the test piece was deformed during peeling and the test piece was damaged by the ironing rod 5, resulting in a loss of reliability of the tensile test data.

This will no longer happen, and the separator 3 will be completely removed from the test piece 4.
