In an optical connector coupling structure for connecting a first optical connector and a second optical connector, an elastic member having a protrusion in the center and a latch formed on the coupling side tip is attached to the first optical connector.
A plurality of optical connectors are arranged along the axial outer periphery of the optical connector, and are engaged with the latch of the elastic member at the inner end of the end of the second optical connector that is coupled to the first optical connector. A coupling structure provided with a protrusion and a sleeve for releasing the coupling are provided on the outer periphery of the protrusion of the elastic member, and the sleeve is slid in the axial direction to press the elastic member toward the center of the plug shaft to release the coupling.
