Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to output only audio signal without effect of phase difference and to reduce disconnection of sensor, by forming a sensor for wind speed detection on a vibration diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A vibration diaphragm 2 is directly provided on the upper surface of a rear electrode 1 of a microphone. A flow speed detection sesor 3 is formed on the upper surface of this diaphragm 2. The electrodes 4 is formed across on the both sides of the sensor 3 and an electrode plate 5 is formed at the lower side of the diaphragm 2. With the constitution of the microphone, a signal difference between signals of the microphone main body and the sensor 3 is obtained, allowing to sufficiently and accurately reject wind noise and pop noise. Since the sensor 3 is directly provided on the diaphragm 2, only audio signals can be outputted without phase difference and disconnection wire of the sensor 3 is reduced.
