Abstract
PURPOSE:To make soldering work easy, by adopting three layer construction of the whole surfaces of a driving electrode consisting of chromium, nickel and metallic layers. CONSTITUTION:The whole surfaces of a driving electrode 2 consist of three layer construction of a chromium layer 2a, a nickel layer 2c and a metallic layer 2b. Thus, in soldering a quartz oscillator 1 to led terminals 4a, 4b, the diffusion of the nickel layer 2c to the chromium layer 2b of 60-40 solder is prevented, allowing to prevent lowering in bonding strength.
