PURPOSE:To contrive to intensify engaging force and to enhance the magnetic shielding function of an engaging fittings by a method wherein a ferromagnetic metal plate is fixed to one side magnetic pole face of a magnet, and a magnetic shielding metal plate is to another side pole face, and they are fixed in an integral body with a non-magnetic case. CONSTITUTION:The ferromagnetic metal plate 2 is affixed to one side magnetic pole face of the permanent magnet 1, the magnetic shielding metal plate 3 is to the other side magnetic pole face excluding an aperature 1a, and the metal plates 2, 3 are fixed to the magnet 1 to be integrated in one body with the non-magnetic case 4. Then a ferromagnetic bar 6 protruded on a metal plate 5 is made to come in contact with the metal plate 2 or with the top end face of a ferromagnetic bar 7 on the face of the metal plate 2 detachable freely through the aperture 1a. Then the circumferential concave part to be inserted closely with a cylinder 8 for prevention of coming out of the bar is provided on the inside wall of the aperture 1a, and insertion with pressure and engaging of the bar 6 is performed by the cylinder 8 interposed between the concave part. By this constitution, the magnetic shielding effect is perfected, and magnetic attracting force is enhanced remarkably.
